Returns policy

As a consumer you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. If your delivery contains multiple products, the period starts when you receive the last product.

To use your right of withdrawal, let us know within that period at info@dadelsteen.nl, stating your order number and a clear statement. You may also use the European model withdrawal form.

After your notification we send you a confirmation and return instructions.

• Send the product back within 14 days of your notification, preferably in its original packaging.
• For large products such as the imbody we arrange collection in consultation. Please contact us.
• The direct cost of returning is at your expense unless we agreed otherwise.

We refund the purchase price, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after your notification, once we have received the product or you have shown that you returned it. Refunds are made through the same payment method.

You may try the product as you would in a shop. You can be held liable for diminished value resulting from careless handling. Products that have already been installed are assessed case by case.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, nor to business customers unless agreed otherwise in writing.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, the statutory warranty applies instead of the cooling-off period (plus the 2-year manufacturer warranty where stated). Please tell us as soon as possible at info@dadelsteen.nl; we will arrange repair, replacement or a refund.
